The Sparrow is one of my signature full-grain leather belts, embossed with a traditional swallow motif inspired by classic American traditional tattoo art. I make each belt by hand in my Oklahoma studio using vegetable-tanned full-grain leather, then hand-age it to create a rich vintage finish that only gets better with wear.
I found this cool little company right around the corner from me making these sweet embossing dies, and I just had to make belts with them. This belt is part of my Vintage Aged line, made from the same full-grain leather and hand-aged using the same process. The finish falls somewhere between brown and black, giving it the look of a favorite old belt right from the start. Because every belt is handmade, no two will look exactly alike.
I use full-grain leather because I want these belts to last for years, not just seasons. Each belt comes with your choice of an antique brass or antique silver buckle. The snap closure makes it easy to swap buckles whenever you want a different look.
